Popcorn was a stray rescue from the humane society. He can be a little shy at first, but loves attention. Popcorn has had some health issues and is prone to upper respiratory infections since he has smaller than normal lungs. He helps his human friends practice deep breathing and calm energy, which help him feel safe and supported.

Fun fact: Popcorn loves to live up to his name - he’s always bouncing around and making people smile!

Snow

Sex: Lapin (Castrated male)

Breed: American mix (possibly part Flemish Giant!)

Snow was adopted with his brother, Juniper, from the humane society. ANT is his third (and forever!) home - the two were surrendered several times by owners unable to care for them and spent much of their life in the shelter. Snow is outgoing, curious, and loves to lounge around waiting for the next cuddle.

Fun fact: Snow loves head massages and will melt with enjoyment.

Opie

Opie was adopted by Bunanza Rabbit Rescue with Aura and Smokey. She was a one of the rabbits rescued in their special mission to save 33 rabbits someone had in overcrowded conditions without much food and water available. She has been slowly learning the joys of working with people since she had little handling prior to being at Bunanza. She loves cuddling with her friends, Snow and Aura. Her full name is Ophelia!

Aura was adopted by Bunanza Rabbit Rescue with Opie and Smokey. She was a one of the rabbits rescued in their special mission to save 33 rabbits someone had in overcrowded conditions without much food and water available. She has been the most shy and nervous around participants, but with the comfort of our staff she has learned that humans can provide a lot of love.

Smokey

Breed: Flemish giant mix

Sex: Lapin (male)

Smokey was adopted by Bunanza Rabbit Rescue with Aura and Opie. He was a one of the rabbits rescued in their special mission to save 33 rabbits someone had in overcrowded conditions without much food and water available. He has a broken ear that flops down due to other rabbits stepping on him. Due to his history, he is nervous around other rabbits. Program coordinator and instructor, Lindsey, has opened her home to him and he comes to work with her to still be a part of our programs! He is very sweet and loves visiting people!

Tiger Lily

Sex: Doe/Female

Breed: New Zealand

Tiger Lily came from Bunanza Rabbit Rescue after a couple unfortunate experiences with her previous owners. She is very shy but very sweet. She reminds our youth to have calm bodies and voices so she feels safe. She enjoys visiting with seniors at care centers. She lives with our Mobile ANT coordinator, Lucy, and comes to the farm with her to work!

Timothy

Born: 2024

Sex: Lapin (male)

Breed: Mix

Timothy came from the humane society who found him as a stray. He was found fighting with another rabbit outside. He is the sweetest boy and is learning that he can have lots of love. We are currently working on bonding him with Popcorn and Tiger Lily.
