About Andy:

Andy was leased to ANT after his owner reached out to us knowing that he would be a perfect fit for our program. An injury had prevented her from riding or playing with him much and she wanted Andy to have a purpose in his life. She has owned Andy for almost his whole life and taught him just about everything! He is such a sweet and playful pony who loves attention and kids. He is a super social horse who likes to engage in the fun that is being had on the farm. He is also a talented escape artist! He can usually be found hanging around with his new friend, Buttercup, or going for a ride in the arena!

Health: he has arthritis in his hocks and needs injections once a year to stay comfortable

Work experience: Andy has had extensive training, though he does not have much experience in a western saddle. He is most comfortable in a rope halter, knows how to free lunge and long line. He has been a centered riding pony.
